To secure a room at JTN Yankah Hall, follow these steps:
- Register online - Create your student account on our website
- Make full payment - Pay the complete accommodation fee via bank transfer or mobile money
- Submit payment receipt - Upload your payment proof through the student portal
- Wait for confirmation - Our finance team will verify your payment
- Select your bed - Once confirmed, choose your preferred available room
Important: Only students with confirmed payments can select beds.
You can check bed availability through multiple ways:
- Online Portal: Visit our "View Available Beds" section on the homepage
- Student Dashboard: Log into your student portal after payment confirmation
- Real-time Updates: Our system updates availability in real-time as beds are selected
Note: You can only select beds after your payment has been confirmed by our finance team.
Payment can be made through the following methods:
Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfer to our designated account. Details available on the payment instructions page.
Mobile Money
MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo Money to our merchant account.
Important: After payment, upload your receipt through the student portal for verification.
After making payment, here's what happens:
JTN Yankah Hall does not accept installment payments. The full accommodation fee must be paid upfront before you can be eligible for bed selection.
This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain our accommodation standards for all residents.
No, you will not get a bed with half payment. Our system requires 100% payment verification before students can access the bed selection portal.
Partial payments will not be processed, and you won't receive confirmation to select accommodation until full payment is made and verified.
Our refund policy depends on the circumstances:
✓ Full Refund With Replacement
If you find a suitable replacement student, you'll receive a 100% refund after the transfer is processed.
⚠️ 70% Refund Without Replacement
If you cannot provide a replacement, the Hall retains 30% of your payment and refunds 70%.
✗ No Refund After Bed Selection
Once you've selected and confirmed a bed, payments are generally non-refundable except under special circumstances.
Note: All transfer procedures must be completed at the Hall Manager's office with both parties present.
