Steps to Book Your Room

Select Your Bed

Once payment is confirmed, login to your portal and select your preferred bed from available options.

Student Portal

1. First Check page for available beds prior to making payment for any particular type of bed.

2. Then make full payment of the bed you intend to select via MTN Momo *170# or Bank as per details shown below:

3. Create a Student Account and ensure that phone number and email account provided is valid for purposes of receiving alerts.

4. Keep the password you provided securely for subsequent login.

5. You shall be required to provide your transactional ID for the Momo Transfer or Depositor’s name for payment via Bank. Do not share your Transactional ID or Depositor’s details with anyone. Keep these details safe since they are required for verifying payments and for completing bookings. You can submit them when you login to the portal.

6. If you make more than one payment you must submit all the payment details when you login to the portal or kindly notify us via WhatsApp chat to enable us record and reconcile all payments. You must make full payment for any bed type before you can proceed to select a bed.

7. Once you receive SMS/Email alert confirming your payment, click the link provided in the SMS/Email to be redirected to the portal to select a bed. Alternatively you can always login to the portal to check whether your payment has been confirmed and proceed to select a bed.

8. Your booking is complete only after your bed selection has been APPROVED.

9. Please take note that payment does not guarantee you a bed.

10. In case you are not sure of any step, use the Chat function to seek clarification from either the Admin Desk or Tech Support bearing in mind that the system will shut you down after a number of attempts.
